July 2021: We always encourage undergraduate researchers to take a part of the science. Ryan (in photo below) is a NSF funded CMOS REU student, is investigating thin film morphology of metal nanoparticles.
Jun 2021: The Gangishetty Lab visited the Needmore Community Center, a school of more than 50 kids, in Starkville, Mississippi. We have introduced the phenomena of light travelling in various medium including color changes when mixing food colors
May 2021: Our group in collaboration with other groups created a virtual outreach video to describe various phenomenon including absorption, emission and reflection. Great job!, Ian on creating the video, Anuraj and Udara for the content in the video
